How long will it take to receive my order?

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Orders are processed quickly, so please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Are taxes and customs duties included in the price?

Australian customers: Prices include GST (10%).

International customers: Local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are not included in the checkout price.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us at hellokoalu@akoalu.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please email us at hellokoalu@akoalu.com to start a return.
